I have studied with the Institute of Counselling, Scotland. I have completed a Dip in CBT and a Diploma in Addictions Management.
I am also available for Counselling.
Prior to that I had a Role in The Commercial Arena as a Director in Oil Trading. I am Educated to Masters level .
Work Approach
I find CBT as the most effective tool available in todays psychology basket for treating Depression , Anxiety and many other disorders.
I am solutions focused and tailor my Therapy to the Clients needs. I also work on Person Centred approach, when need be.
