i am a qualified biochemist and optician, but decided to pursue a career in coaching and therapy, following numerous friends, family and patients insisting that i have the perfect personality for this type of career!

My clients as diverse as house wives to doctors to students to company directors.
My subjects of speciality are stress, phobias, confidence, self esteem and emotional issues.
Work Approach
The first thing I will say is that I love working with people! It's my purpose in life, and what i was born for. Seeing clients make a shift in their thinking, making new choices, taking decisions to change the life from where they are to create the extraordinary life they seek, makes this the most rewarding job i the world. For me, there's nothing better than seeing a client rise from their knees in despair and watch them smile again, and live life the way they want to live it.
I truly believe that every single person has values and beliefs which are a direct result of what experiences that they have been exposed through in life, and how they have reacted to these experiences.
My job as a coach therapist is to take a whole view of the individual, and to instill with each and every client that THE FUTURE DOES NOT EQUAL THE PAST. I believe that change can happen in an instant, with problems such as anxiety, phobias and confidence issues vastly reduced within one session. Over the last few years i have dealt with a variety of clients ranging from the highly stressed professionals to housewives suffering depression to students suffering panic attacks. My main objective is to obtain results.
Each session is carried out face to face, via telephone, via email or via SKYPE. By providing the client with some fantastic coaching tools and strategies, each client will move forward to live the extraordinary life they want to live. Nobody should be denied happiness and a great life. I aim to help.
All my initial consultations are free. I believe, you the client, should not be charged until you at least speak to your coach therapist that you are considering.
