I have Diplomas in Counselling, Hypnotherapy and pure Advanced Hypnosis. I have trained in Suicide Intervention Skills, and have ongoing experience with volunteer work in two well-known charities that help people with depression and suicidal thoughts.
I have trained with top hypnotists in the US and the UK, and use this skill to help clients find their own solutions to their problems and to connect with their inner consciousness.
I have personal experience of overcoming depression and the pain of serious bereavement, as well as many other struggles to overcome problems that life brings. I believe that we all can overcome the obstacles we find on our path in life, and become stronger and more fulfilled as a result.
Work Approach
I believe that every person has the innate ability to heal himself or herself. I simply help you to find that source of healing in yourself; I listen to you, I explore your feelings with you, I use a range of skills to clarify and illuminate. I never judge or criticize or belittle anyone.
In my practice you are treated with kindness and respect. I do not see myself as an 'expert' able to solve your problems; rather I am just a guide and a helper. I care about what I do and I am focussed on making a difference in your life for the better.
So far, I am really pleased that my clients respond very positively and they go on to raise themselves up where they belong.
