I have undertaken a docterate in Psychology, Diploma in CBT, Masters in Eating Disorders and Nutritional Interventions, various updated courses on latest approaches to treat, alcohol misuse, anxiety, bereavement, depression, eating disorders, gender issues and relationships, obsessive compulsive disorders, paranoia.
I work in private practice dealing with direct self-referrals, GP referrals, company referrals through employee assisted programmes, occupational health, HR departments.
My aim is to assist individuals and organisation to reach their maximum potential with the minimum distress.
