Therapy Network membership is free until June 2010, allowing you use all of the features of the site with no fee or obligation. This way you can evaluate the service and decide if it is useful to you. We want to make sure that everyone has sufficient time to decide whether they want to pay for ongoing membership, so professionals signing up on or after March 1st 2010 will receive a three-month free trial period.
Once your trial period expires you have the option of keeping your full profile for an annual fee, or reverting to a free basic profile showing your name, profession, location and telephone number. You are under no obligation to subscribe, and unlike some sites we will not ask for payment details in advance.
Pricing Structure
We've kept it simple! A full profile will cost £60 per year - that's just £5 per month. A limited profile is FREE.
These rates are highly competitive (please feel free to look around), and take into account the difficult financial times we are experiencing. You are likely to recoup the cost quickly through the additional business you will attract. You also have the advantage of an attractive web-presence and our active marketing approach, features you will not find with other directory services.
Statutory services such as Community Mental Health Teams (CMHTs) and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) can register for free.
How do I pay?
Invoices for the subscription will be issued annually. You can pay by cheque or bank transfer (e.g. through Internet banking). You can also set up a standing order to spread your payments throughout the year if that's easier, at no extra charge. Additional payment options will be developed as the network expands.
Are there different fees for larger practices?
We acknowledge that sometimes a whole practice may wish to sign up. We will provide a quote for a reduced per-member fee for practices with more than five members, based on the number of professionals who wish to sign up. Please contact us if you wish to discuss this.
What happens if I don't renew the subscription?
There's nothing worse than pushy companies ringing you up and pressurising you into renewing a subscription that you are unsure about. With Therapy Network, you will be sent a renewal reminder 11 months into your annual contract and you then have 28 days to pay. If you don't, you will receive a message informing you that your profile has been restricted. Your details will remain on our system, so you can easily reactivate the full profile without having to go through the sign-up process again. We won't call, and you won't have to justify your decision!
When will Therapy Network launch?
We have been concentrating on establishing a core membership of Therapy Network so that it is useful to people from the outset. We will be launching the site on 1st December 2009, and will advertise the service heavily at launch. In the meantime you will be able to create, view and tweak your profile to make it as useful and approachable as possible to potential clients. If you sign up now you will not have to pay anything until June 2010 at the earliest.
